Doesn't even deserve one star. I am being violently, menacingly, relentlessly and verbally abused on a regular bases and called to see if there were any beds because the first two times I went down there they said they didn't have any beds and that I needed to call first, so I did and this is what happened. I called and one woman answered, she told me to hold and got someone else. This someone else, woman #2 we'll call her started aggressively asking questions then asked me am I on drugs, when I applied no she then spiteful asked "then why are you homeless!?" So apparently you can only be homeless if you're on drugs. She then started yelling then spitefully and aggressively said "NO ID NO BED!"

Does someone know the werabouts of Linda Austin?
I've been phoning and I just get answering machine.
Today July 29, 2021 at 2:50 PM someone finally answered the phone. I asked if I could speak with my friend Linda Austin. She said,she died a year ago ok and would not give me a response to my question and hung the phone up on me. I found that very cold and disheartening. She couldn't give me a few minutes to talk to me about my friend who passed away. This has to be the most heartless organization that I know of.
I can't see how anybody could be supportive to this organization if they can't be supportive to someone in time of need.

An older blonde haired woman whom opened door for me and looked me up and down while asking what I wanted. When I said shower she said You must be here by 4pm! I explained that I had just gotten off work and had too walk. She was very rude and a little hostile towards me all the while looking me up and down. And said " You aren't from around here are you"? I said well yeah Iam from around here! This sort of attitude will not deter me in taking care of myself. This attitude is not one of a God fearing person as a Christian you are to do uinto others as they would do into you and have respect for people period! Not very Christian at all
