I was at a very hopeless point in my life and had some horrific news told to me. The straw that broke the camels back. I was at the cliffs edge.... and then I met Dr.Chacon. she literally saved my life.
She is very personable and so easy to talk to. I reccomend that you give her just a small bit of your time. Whatever it is that has derailed your life. Dr. Chacon will help you as your perspective starts to shift and life becomes enjoyable again.

Dr. Chacon is very knowledgeable with regard to medications and takes the time to listen to the patient. She also uses DNA testing to understand some of the metabolism pathways that can make some medications challenging to dose correctly. Her years of experience are evident after speaking with her for only a few moments. Thank you for caring.

This office does not advocate for their patients and does not care about the mental health of the community they are supposed to serve. I reached out to this office as a recommendation from my counselor. I received a call back from my initial voicemail after three days in which they told me they send me intake paperwork within 24 hours. A month went by with no email, I even checked junk mail and there was nothing from the office. My counselor took it upon herself to get me the intake paperwork so I filled it out and emailed it to the office. After a few more days I got a lame excuse for why I was never emailed me. Another month went by and I received an email asking what days worked best for appointments. I responded within 4 minutes of that email and it’s now been another month with no response. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times without email response or a call back. I started the process of trying to get into this office in October or 2022 and it is now almost the end of January 2023. My recommendation is to look anywhere else if you’re in need of psychiatric services and don’t support a business that doesn’t support and care about the people in the community the say that they serve.
