This woman has some sort of emotional problem, because she says one thing and then changes her story to the complete opposite. I use the CalOptima (medi-cal) network for care. CalOptima called this woman yesterday and spoke with her. Jones assured the CalOptima caseworker that she could see me for urgent care and that she had available appointments. Today, I called and spoke with her service and the whole story changes. No appointments. Nothing. Waste of time. Christina Jones is definitely NOT a reliable person. She says one thing and then changes her story later. I never met the woman, so I have no idea what is the matter with her. All I am sure of is that she will say one thing and then do the opposite. CalOptima did not pressure this woman to do anything. CalOptima simply asked her what she wanted and Jones could say yes or no. Yesterday, Jones said yes. Today, she has her answering service tell me no. So, make of that what you will. Christina Jones is a waste of time. Can't imagine what sort of health care she must be providing. I've never met the woman, but if she treats me this way, she'll do the same thing to everyone else, too. CalOptima gave her the choice to say yes or no. She said yes. Today, she can't be bothered to answer the phone and she has her answering service say no. I'm done with this lunatic waste of time. Crazy-care is something that I don't need. Use your own best judgment before trying to see this physician. Honestly, I'd put her at the bottom of your list. If you can't find anyone else, then take your chances with this woman. If she can't learn how to give people an honest answer, the only medical care she'll be doing is writing phony OxyContin prescriptions at a strip-mall "pain clinic".

Seen Dr Jones today was nervous but once I walk in the office the front staff made me feel comfortable as I went to the back and the nurse that took my vitals was very calm and polite, Dr Jones made me feel like I have known her for years she. Dr Jones made me feel very comfortable and my nerves were relaxed I left her office feeling great and happy to find a new doctor who took the time to care about me.

Dr. Jones has a very warm and caring demeanor and seems to truly care about her patients. She spoke to me as if we were two people having a conversation instead of as an authorative figure. She was very informative and thorough in explaining things to me and asked if I had questions. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Jones is by far the best PCP I have ever had. The front desk and staff are also super friendly.
