Very disappointed!! I LOVE JHC and love to work there! So imagine my shock when one registration employee at the OB clinic (tall, dark hair) met me at the door and told me to leave, telling me apparently Dr Skorberg said I call and visit way too often??? And to only see her at appts (once a blue moon!) Mind you I've only seen Dr Skorberg 1x within a year and visited her office 2x to get a light duty letter and to ask about an appointment!!! This is my first time pregnancy and it is high risk and I have questions!!! This was absolutely uncalled for and unexpected based on my visit with Dr Skorberg a year ago (such a pleasant experience with her, hence the 2 stars) not sure if Registration and Skorberg are at fault but either way, I switched my OB SO QUICK and went with the Sheridan Clinic! Those OB Nurses are ANGELS (Hannah, Kristin and Nancy at Dr. Parker's office. They told me to call ANY time I had a question, even if everyday. Dr Skorberg, your office needs educating on how to treat their patients! The other ladies were very kind, again, just one dark haired individual that shocked me. No first time mother should ever be shunned and made to feel lowly. Do better.
