update: very close to the end of treatment, and these folks are 100% the real deal; Dr. C’s done an incredible job—both results wise and time wise—and everyone here is super kind in a way that feels really genuine. Highly, highly recommend coming here!
I’m just a few months into treatment, but I feel like this is a really high quality place! Everyone I’ve spoken to here is very kind and easy to get along with, and my care coordinator Jessica is always super quick to answer my questions about treatment. My progress has been about average in pace, I think, but that’s not a bad thing—I do wish they’d have closed my gap in the first few months (as that’s the main reason I got braces) but I understand that other things sometimes need to happen beforehand. Another little thing is that sometimes wait times can be a bit much, at my last appointment I was waiting for around 20~ minutes past my appointment time to get in for an adjustment, which was a little bit frustrating to be honest.
Prices are pretty average, but at least in my case they did have multiple treatment plans separated by cost, and comprehensiveness. They did have payment plans, or the option to pay in full with a small discount (which I personally did.) It was nice to be able to pick and choose which treatment plan to go with instead of just being given one option, that sort of versatility made it easier to commit to starting treatment, for sure. It’s a bit daunting when you’re given a single option at a consultation and it’s like 7 grand lol
Overall a very nice place, if my experience sours in some way I’ll update this review later on, but I honestly doubt it will. Good job guys!
