My mother just had a major surgery due to stage 3 ovarian cancer we were a few minutes late for her appointment due to complications from her surgery which involves bleeding and Christy would not see her keep in mind this woman can barely walk to get to the office which obviously takes time such a inconsiderate thought to not even try to check her it’s called humanity for a facility that is based on “caring” for peoples well being this is definitely not it this was not the kind of situation you let pass by!!!
