Jim and the finance team where a pleasure to work with. Extremely grateful for the experience knowledge and desire to just sell a decent rig for a decent price without trying to gouge the buyer. Will definitely go back there for my next rig.

OMG Please people of Walla Walla don’t let these people take you for a ride…. If you find a vehicle here that you think you can’t live without make sure you go through every single thing on the contract. We told them we did not want any warranties. Jim put a warranty on when we said no. WE CAUGHT THAT ONE… But when we got home we found they added $600 for a tracking device that we did not agree to or ask for. Long story, we asked them to take it off the contract but they argued with us telling us they couldn’t take it off and that they did tell us about it. NO… they did not. I got some very good advice from someone. Tell them you’ll contact The District Attorney and when I did the finance guy got angry. He continued to want to argue with me about how they put those tracking devices in every vehicle and had we told them we didn’t want it then they would have partied ways with us then. I said… you’re telling me because I didn’t want this S.W.A.T you wouldn’t have sold me the vehicle. He said it’s at our discretion. I said oh thank you for that info… I’ll pas that on. If you tell them you don’t want all these added protection/ warranties plans they will give you the boot out the door… finally I just told him.. again that if they don’t not take it off I will contact The District Attorney. I got a call within a cpl hours saying they would take it off. We got $652 back that never should have been added to our contract to begin with.

We’ve been taking our vehicle for service here for years, and they are always a pleasure to work with. Their shuttle service is timely and convenient, and I don’t feel like I’m being swindled on extras. Even though it takes a bit of extra time, they also wash your vehicle for free (unlike Toyota). Highly recommend.
