I’m a 90s baby so of course the place will be different and tickets and tokens would actually be non existent in 2020. My kids hate the idea of coming and having to get cards to play, and the sad part is theirs barley any games that actually work the way their suppose too. The customer here at this place sucked. There was a baby that belonged to an employee passed around, one was on the phone and made me wait 20 min before asking did I need any help. The food was great, I give this 3 stars only because my kids were very worn out. Other than that please update the place and put some better games in their, I did notice the jungle gym was gone which actually relives me because I hated that thing since I was a kid. Over all the employees that was there to redeem the tickets was very generous.

Staff was very helpful. Alittle expensive on the party aspect, but overall, my kids enjoyed themselves. Food could have been better for party package. One staff member made sure all my guests were taken care of, and I really appreciate him, but I didn't get his name

Today 09/09/24 I had a party at this location we booked online and paid the deposit online when we showed up we paid the remaining balance and ordered the pizza everything started off fine then when we had 30 minutes left I asked when they will do the show and ticket blaster because that's what it says we get with online when booking and one of the employees said he was gonna go get everything ready then the manager name Juanita came out very rude and said we don't get any of that all we get is what we got so we asked for the manager because it said something else online then the general manager name Damari came over to check on things but since I didn't have the email that said that but was able to pull it up online and show what it says online he said we can't control what's online but we will see what we can do the other manager Nancy came over and was very understanding and we amazing and helped us out to fix everything but I still don't think I will be coming back to this location we spent over 300 with the party for food and the party and left very Unsatisfied with the poor customer service I hope they fix this False advertisement on their website and work on their customer service!!!
