Chuck's Septic serviced our septic tank and gave an estimate on resolving an issue with tree roots. Making the appointment was easy by phone. The employee who serviced our tank, Trevor, was friendly and efficient and arrived early on the day of the service. He identified the tree root issue and provided an estimate to take care of the roots! I would highly recommend Chuck's Septic!

Chuck's Septic did a great job on a complicated project. They were professional, courteous, prompt, explained everything carefully, gave us recommendations and choices, and charged fairly. They dug out the accumulated dirt and gravel on top of the septic tank with an excavator. They cleaned out the tank and installed risers to grade for easy access. The replaced the "sanitary T" as well. We got a detailed invoice and inspection report as requested. We highly recommend them!

my relationship with chucks started off on the wrong foot from miscommunication or lack there of it witch lead me not having the tools or information I hired them to provide me in a timely manner to make informed decisions costing me and them money because they lost the job that they would of had and me money because I would not close on the home I was buying until i understood what i was buying. this was all due to there technician Juan not making himself available to answer questions about the very vague report he wrote. however after I was able to get a hold of management about me unfavorable experience I will note something I as a consumer failed to do was raise the concern and demand answers from upper management immediately and not let Juan continue to ignore my calls. Because in the end management did do the right thing and corrected the mistake there employee made. by coming back out even though another company was there preforming work they could of had the next day after speaking to upper management and reinspected the system FREE while the another company was fixing the known issues from the report they provided and did stay and provide me answers to my questions in person on site and didn't rush me at all I am appreciative of that and shows there ability to do the right thing in the end and there integrity.
