As an important part of the Columbia landing I know I would recommend anyone to bring their loved ones here for Care always. The staff is real loving and focused on the care of all residents. The staff from administration to the caregivers that I have met and the med techs who stay positive and patient with all who surrounds them from phones to questions from caregivers and loving residents that always want hugs from them when they are in pain.

I (we) have been using this place for 5 years. Originally called Fieldstone. The level of care and response has fallen from 5 star facility to 1. The good staff and management have moved on and the facility has more temporary workers. There is minimum interaction with shift changes and changes in care needs don't get passed on. For example a new wheel chair operation was not shared so a different shift did not know how to change her position on a scheduled care plan. Very sad that such a nice facility as fallen into a marginal care facility.
