Since new owner ship I cannot say I recommend. We are now charged for the electricity of the common spaces. First month was $40 which was fine, but second month for charged $80. I went to them and asked about why it was double and was told that it can range based on usage of common spaces (gym etc.), and that sometimes it could be over $100! It’s a “corporate” decision. Per your response I attempted to contact you on a Tuesday at 3:30 and it said you were closed, interesting. Currently trying to pay rent and the website says you aren't accepting payments. Miss when EVERYTHING was on one app. Hate that i need to look at one place to see my charges broken down and a completely separate place to pay them.
As mentions by others, elevators constant break. Even when they are working, for whatever reason, they still take forever. Most of the time I feel it would be faster to take the stairs.
Have had trash chutes back up (at least) to the 6th floor before causing the floor to smell.
Limited to 2 guests per tenant in common spaces otherwise they could charge you the rental fee for the space (hundreds).
Not allowed to store your bikes on patios.
