Cigarette City #2

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SMOKE SHOP AT ALL!! This smoke shop was usually my go to, I always bought all my smoking products from them up until a piece that I bought from them only a week ago literally just broke without any cause, I'm guessing it was the heat mixture and possibly melted the glass again, like it wasn't sealed properly? I am not sure, but I decided to give them a call to see if they could replace it, and a girl answered the phone already eager to get the conversation over with told me there is absolutely no refunds on anything, without any explanation or simple understanding! When I asked for a manager she simply said one did not exist and when I asked for a owner one did not exist either, when I asked for her name she stated that she did not have to give me one and ended then phone call with her name being "BYE FELICIA!" the customer service was very rude, especially when I spend my hard earned money at their store all the time..nobody deserves to be treated that way..I will never recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love this place, I'm met with smiles everything I go in here. Great atmosphere and always has what I'm lookin for

Update: closed at 715pm tonight. Open sign on, Google says open but doors locked and theres a couple customers out here just meandering. Try back again for my packs another time.

Stopped by here out of necessity, and found a really rad business. Store operator is really sweet, originally hails from where I come from down in Orange county. Great pricing on pouch tobacco. Highly recommend dropping by. If you have the munchies, theres a pizza spot next door that's decent too I hear.
