Cindy is the perfect balance of personal and professional! She helped us buy our first home, and then sell it a few years later to move cross country. We couldn't be more happy with the level of care that she provided us during both the purchase and sale of our home. She is very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and truly goes above and beyond. Never have I been so ready to READY to leave a positive review for an individual/s (and this is coming from someone who NEVER leaves reviews - much less positive ones)!

My mother, who lives in Tacoma, recently decided to sell the family home and, given I live and work in NYC, I only had a two-week window from start to finish to come to Tacoma, get mom moved out, renovate/restore the house and then put it up on the market. Given she had lived there for 40 years, it was an almost IMPOSSIBLE task! The ONLY way that it got done was...

I employed Cindy and Carson Stewart to be my realtors on the sale. NOT ONLY did they act as realtors and expert advisors, but they also helped me manage the project so that mom was moved out (along with ALL of her belongings), and the house fully-renovated and ready to sell by the time I had to return to New York. It was a miracle!

A few weeks later, we had a qualified buyer and got more than the asking price. The IMPOSSIBLE became not only POSSIBLE but REALIZED given their dedication and the countless hours they put in!

I can't say enough good things about Cindy and Carson and have never been so excited to let the world know how much I appreciate ALL that they have done and are doing to help people who are making such life-changing decisions. I hope you will let them help you! :) Thanks.
