Cindy is responsive, friendly, and skilled. She has great advice, is awesome to talk to, and ultimately is an absolute delight to work with.
When we found our home, she was right on target with timing and helping us get our due dates and to do's straight for the offer and the closing process.
I'm so, so happy we decided to look for a home with Cindy. If I ever have to move (which I hope I don't, because Cindy helped me find the perfect house), I will definitely call Cindy for help!

Cindy Kelly and her team are total Rock Stars! I’ve worked with her twice - first, when my wife and I were a very young couple looking for a home to begin our lives together. And now, a decade later, as we are a month away from our second child. I cannot speak highly enough of Cindy and how she has helped our family through these two transitions. All went off without a hitch, she got us into locations that were perfect for the stages our family was at… oh, and she got us the FIRST HOME we put an offer in on!!! In this insane market where buyers are putting in offers on dozens of homes without being accepted?!?! She got us top dollar for the house we sold, has an impressive knowledge of the competitive PNW real estate market, and has been so helpful setting us up with amazing contacts at every stage of the home buying and selling process. Cindy and her team are top notch! Cindy helped me buy my Belltown condo back in 2014, and now she helped me to sell it. Cindy is amazing to work with, very positive attitude, knows the local market very well, and she is very well-connected.
