If I can put a zero star I would. I am very upset, I went in with LONG and STRONG nails and wait to you hear what happens. I had gotten dip powdered nails about a month ago at a different nail salon, I went to this nail salon to get them removed, since I didn’t know the proper way to remove so that is why I let the professionals do it. With an electric nail file she shaved not only the dip powdered nail but my nails as well. They were left so thin and brittle and uneven which made them so bumpy. She them painted my nails, but couldn’t even do that properly. The paint job was terrible and uneven after 2 layers of nail polish. As soon as I got home, my LONG brittle nails began to crack since they were so fragile. So I HAD to cut them short, even now just scratching my head I feel my nails bending and it hurts. I did my research and found that the proper way of removing dip powdered nails, is using the electronic nail file to remove just the shine of the nails and then use acetone to remove the most of it. I went to the professionals since they are suppose to have the knowledge, this left me very upset. She could of told me she didn’t know how to do it properly instead of wanting to make quick cash. So mad!!
