Had to change my rating because the last three experiences have been disappointing. They consistently run out of promotional merchandise before the premieres. Their workers often forget things like putting ice in drinks. And this last time they had no trays to carry your food g drinks. My wife and I had to ask out friends to each carry one thing to get it all inside. And the crepe station is no better. They hand you your crepes in packaging that was sticky enough to make you think it was smeared in jam along with the crepe. They mess up your order handing you things you didn't order. And the size of the cakes displayed is false advertising when they're really only selling a slice half the size of that displayed.

The bathrooms were gruesome.... smell bad, water in the floor, the faucets broken... Hallways dirty, lights broken... According with the description of the movie theater it is a "Premium" theater, but it was disgusting to be there...

Watched 1917 here. An extra loud audio. But otherwise was excellent.
