we went last night because my daughter wanted one after shopping. she placed her order and went to pay and the girl (Brenna) told her they cant take cash. I asked what time they closed and was told 8 (they had 10min) I then asked if they are still open why were they not excepting cash?... I was told they already closed the till and were just trying to sell what they had left. she then said it was "policy" to close the till early. ( I have never heard that in retail) I paid with my card and Brenna then said... And if you are going to be rude, don't come back! and walked away. I called the manager and made a complaint, even though I doubt anything will come of it. POOR customer service! to be honest Brenna is lucky my kids were with me or I would have had MANY words to say to her. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
