Every time they come out, they tried to upsell services that are not needed. We have told them repeatedly that they need to give us a written estimate on what needs to be done and how much it cost. They performed over $1000 worth of service and send me a bill without a written approval once again and send me to collections because we disputed the charge. In addition, they said they performed regular services a couple of months ago, checked the fire extinguishers. However, my fire extinguishers are expired, and they had no idea. The company is a scam. I will not use them.
