Absolutely zero customer service, understaffed, unprofessional in design and calculation and lack of planning ahead! Multiple times just because of short wires (not long enough to reach from solar controller to electric panel) the project has been delayed over and over again. Solar system down because of same reason after upgrading electric panel and stays like that for few days!! Really?
January 2023 agreed to start the project, July they installed my solar system, CT module was missing from the design (customer had to ask for it!!), the order with SCE for inspecting or approval was waiting for weeks of not months, I was the one surfing hours on the phone with SCE to confirm that they had no order in progress and myself had to request one in order to get Cira energy job and works going. Unbelievable!
I'm reviewing my options at this point to officially file a complaints with BBB and DFPI now. Stay away from this business unless you want to start your project in February and still waiting for them to finish the job in October!
