Our construction company has utilized CIRVs services for many years now and when we need them the most the ball has been severely dropped. I cannot express the level of frustration we are experiencing in just a short narrative but in short they have failed to find a solution to upgrade our Google workspace account to increase storage for our team. We are now on 7 weeks without resolution and will be changing support companies once this, if ever, is resolved.
