Their ATM took $300 from my mom and did not credit her account. They did not complete a thorough investigation and now my mom is out $300. DO NOT BANK HERE.

This bank is ran by the nicest group of people. Kim, one of the people you'd speak to about opening an account or loans, is an amazing person and I loved speaking with her. Sadly CITI it's self was not great and I had constant issues so I did switch banks. If you have CITI i'd recommend this local branch for anything you might need.

Again today both ATM machines out of service! Citibank doesn’t want you accessing your cash when you need it. I’ve reported this continuous issue to customer support, but nothing is ever done.
