I can't understand staff and manager here. They had stronghead. I had to open account in other branch that was so easy to handle my task.

This is one of the most incompetent Citibank locations I have ever dealt with in all my years of banking. Be warned, tellers will close accounts when they want and management team lead by Dean (branch manager), will try to play Jr. detective. Dean will be rude, condescending and will make you accept her way or close your account. If this has happened to you, reach out to corporate and file a complaint. This must be stopped.
