It’s cheap for a reason. I’ve never seen my film so grainy before. Like SO grainy. I gave it two tries and both times the scan quality was horrible with extreme grain even on a blue sky sunny day. I’ve been using the same camera and the same film for years….why does my scans look so low quality when I take it here but not elsewhere??? While blue moon is much more expensive, it’s worth the price.

Their website says 24 hour turnaround . They informed me AFTER I paid for my film that it’ll be around a two week wait . I called for an update after two and a half weeks and was informed it’ll be another week . Don’t take your film here if you want it to be developed this year !!

Rude customer service. I was just asking if your manager is there because i am about to inquire regarding the email that i sent. Then that person immediately say NO, then hang up. Like waaaaat??? Seriously. You should have been professional, atleast.
