This is a really friendly dry cleaners, I think I will come back again to see if they have consistent performance with their cleaning.

They have always been helpful and nice... I also believe their prices are really good especially for being in downtown Oakland. I took pictures of the things they do and how much they are...
Friendly service and reasonable prices. Just wished they open one of the days on the weekend. (But even that is not a big deal for me.)

This place must be under new management or new inept staff. I have been bringing my suits here for over a year and for a long time it was great. My last three visits the quality is horrible. My items are not being cleaned. You pay for dry cleaning service but all they’re doing is pressing it and they can’t even do that right. All my items are coming back with basically zero press on the suit jackets. I went in today to speak with the person about it and she didn’t understand me enough to help. I’m officially done here and will find one of the dozens of other places nearby who actually all charge less anyway.
