there are two synonyms in the dictionary that describe the people and management working at the Langley store. Ineptitude and Incompetence. The majority of staff have no idea what they are doing. To top it off, the "manager" is as rude as they come and needs a world of training in regards to being polite, helpful, and making the customer feel welcome enough to actually want to purchase something from this store. God forbid that you actually want to order something, as it will be written on a scrap piece of paper and forgotten as soon as you walk out the door.
Save yourself the pain of dealing with these people, and for an absolutely positive experience, with instant satisfaction, try dealing with the Abbotsford store. They are everything the Langley store is not.
