Phone tree but the extensions don’t go to a live person. Have to go to the website to report a problem via their web link. However when you click the link there is nowhere to report the issue even though they tell you it is the place to submit an issue like pothole, street hazard, sign or light. They tell you to download their app to make a report. They also want you to create an account. Who wants to go to all that hassle to report an issue and trying to be a good citizen? Boo to Ridgefield for making this process unfriendly. If I downloaded an app for everything I needed to do in life my phone would be overloaded with one-time use apps. I did find a spot to submit a notice but it is not as prominent as it should be for the page that is supposed to be for that purpose.
