I'm not pleased with this agency. Some areas of Spokane have adequate water pressure and some big swathes of customers have poor pressure. What exactly are we paying for here? Rufe, terse, incompetent employees and poor water pressure?

I've been a customer for 6 years and have no complaints. After traveling cross-country recently I am grateful to be back to odorless, great tasting, affordable tap water from our aquifer. Thanks for keeping the water flowing!
