THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND THEY ARE EVIL! THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR 600 dollars FOR NO REASON! I AM BARELY HOME! And they TRIED LYING TO ME THAT MY BILL IS 600 DOLLARS! ALTHOUGH ITS PUBLIC UTILITY, THESE PEOPLE DONT DO PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS! THEY ARE HEARTLESS! WE NEED TO SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED! They ARE CROOKS! IT COSTS AN ARM AND LEG TO GET WATER SERVICE! 120 for service fee and then 130 dollars for APPLICATION FEE?! THEY NEED TO BR REPORTED!

Phone lines always sound busy or out of service. I got doubled billed and can never get anyone to help. Most citizens do not have time to go wait in office for hours for a simple bill assistance. Seems I'm not the only one with this issue. Sounds like they are robbing people by avoiding contact as much as possible. Will report to the BBB.

Haven’t been able to get them on the phone in over a month, online billing is inadequate and you’ll stay on hold then the phone system says put your number in for a call back AND YOU NEVER GET A CALL BACK
