I hired Duane and his team to manage our website for a period of six months, during that time I dealt with Rachel who was my account manager and direct report. During the time she managed my account she either failed to bring me reports or left her computer at her office to go over reports or stated she was late from a flight one time and needed to reschedule. Time after time I had to report errors on our website to Rachel. Her response was we’ll look into it and I’ll get back to you. After six month of disappointment I had to make a business decision and go with another company. Mind you that this is a nationwide franchise and I paid them six months of service in advance to optimize my site. After numerous failed attempts at understanding our business model and numerous phone, emails and texts showing Duane the owner of City Ranked the errors he personally took the account over. Duane stated he would correct the errors and not charge me any additional money. After two months of ZERO results I went to another website company. I was very disappointed with how Luxury Bath was treated.

Our experience and results so far with City Ranked have been wonderful! Ashli, our account manager, is always proactive with new ideas to get us more traffic and conversions. When we have an idea or question it is promptly addressed. Ashli's knowledge and upbeat attitude is always a pleasure. We can't say enough great things!
