I walked into City Threading without an appointment and they couldn't have been nicer! My brows look great and she told me how to get them to grow in thicker. The salon is very nice and convenient. I will be back!

I just returned home after getting my brows done and took a closer look at them and I am incredibly disappointed. I went in and pointed out that my right eyebrow was too thin and that I was letting it grow back in. She agreed. She even took a mirror and showed me exactly what she planned to do and I agreed with her plan. But she did not execute her plan well!! The result: my left eyebrow is thinner than my right eyebrow! She also took off a big chunk of the hairs and now it looks like I have a gap on my left eyebrow. My eyebrows look horrible. She clearly doesn’t have the skills necessary to thread with precision. I regret going there and leaving a tip. I will never go back to this salon.
