Greedy business. They won't negotiate or work out payments on a bill no matter how small it is.
Very rude staff and very cold atmosphere.
It's all about the money, this business loves adding on late fees but won't work with you at all on your bill.
You have to pay all or none.

People on a fixed income get paid the 1st of the month, get bill past the 1st and it is due on the 20th, accruing a late fee each month and sometimes a door tag. Late fee $10, plus $25 fee for door tag. This is really unfair.

If I could give no stars, I would. My family, like many others, got hit hard during Covid and had a past due balance. Yes, they were willing to work with us, until we had to move. Then it didn’t matter that I had been trying for months working with HopeSource to get our bill paid and poor communication and backlogged cases made it nearly impossible. I tried to do the right thing and stay communicative and as soon as they could, they called HopeSource and told them we moved so HopeSource wouldn’t help anymore. So now that we’re even more broke from having to move, the bill will go to collections. Thanks for the “help.”
