I would give this service a 0 star rating if I could, it is absolutely the worst. Not only is it very inconsistent to use and respond, but often times you will simply not be able to park your car here at all because the lift will not open for an unknown reason. Calling customer service is not helpful because they only like to send a technician the next day stating it's not "urgent" when their system does not work. I have had a parking spot for 3 months with them and had to call more than 10+ times for malfunctioning service of their lift and i drive once or twice a week at most.
Your entire service does ONE thing and it's let you park your Car. If people cannot get their car out or park in their spot they pay a ton of money for, you should not be in business at all, and hour technicians should actually be fixing your stupid system. Seriously rethink what you're doing as a company because no one should be paying you for your service
