When it comes to Citymac’s customer service it’s the best. I needed a MacBook asap but had no idea which one I needed. Alex was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. As a person who doesn’t know a lot about laptops he was very informative and knowledgeable about everything. Alex made sure I got the satisfaction of what I needed in a computer. Such professional service it makes me so happy knowing I was in good hands. I will go back to Citymac if I ever need a purchase or tech support. Highly recommend!

My experience at CityMac was very positive and easy! Jacob was very helpful and was quickly able to tell me what needed to be done to help my desktop run more quickly.
