Not is the prettiest area of Downtown Oakland but is very quiet and affordable 👍
Clean rooms with hot water 🛁🚿
Even do is very close to the highway is not as noisy as some people complain

DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my friends made a reservation here and nowhere on the website or during the process of booking were we informed that this place is a motel, not a hotel. Several days before our flight to Oakland I had requested to check-in early because our flight was earlier in the day. When we showed up to the property, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us, rolled her eyes at us several times, and said we would not be able to get a room until 1:30pm, so we would have to wait 4 and a half hours. We asked if they would be able to hold our luggage and the woman took us to a random empty room of the motel and asked us to put our bags in the corner. She was extremely unprofessional and treated us with no respect. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that or treated like that. We immediately booked a different hotel and cancelled our reservation here. The area also made us feel very unsafe. I would give them a 0/5 if I could.

Room are honestly quite nice & 100% clean sheets. Service is ok and unfortunately location is bad BUT that means that value for money is actually quite high (i.e. 4/5). Honestly a bit better than I expected. I was kinda worried beforehand.
