Although they have everything you can every imagine for your hair, I have NEVER felt more uncomfortable to shop somewhere as a person of color EVER. More employees are staring you down to make sure you don’t steal than there are competent enough to be able to help. TERRIBLE. I almost put all my stuff back because they all came to the register when it was time for me to pay. I can’t believe this.::

Sisters I do not recommend CJ's they are taking money out of the neighborhood. they are rude they refuse to stand behind their merchandise and I do not suggest that you spend your money or give them any more of our black dollars

After visiting all the beauty supplies in my city, I almost always end up purchasing my hair and beauty products from either C&J location. Their customer service is wonderful. When I ask questions, they readily answer with no attitude. I just did a hassle free return. The cashier was so gracious. I don't mind driving out of my way and putting up with traffic just to come here. The wide selection and stellar customer service keep me coming back.
