Not only did they take a month to process my taxes, when I received them, they were wrong. Thank goodness I caught it! Then they charged way too much for what they did. And to top it off, they don't even know how to use Quickbooks efficiently. The absolute worst accounting firm I have ever dealt with in the 17 years being a business owner.

Had them handle my S Corp for a few months. They messed up on everything, from the addresses on the envelopes to not including copies for me. The biggest mess was when they thought my S Corp was a Sole Proprietorship and gave me wrong advise for several months before I caught their error. When confronted with their error, rather than admit their mistake (I had the proof of my S Corp) they dropped me as a client. I was forced to amend my 941 on my own. Would definitely not advise using them.
