Extremely thorough with her examination. Spot on diagnosis. Got to the root of the problem and takes the time to explain what's going on and what the treatment plan is. There was never a time I ever felt rushed. She also made sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with the treatment plan she implemented. Especially impressed with how she exrayed both my bad foot and my healthy foot as a comparison to help me understand the problem. Her exray equipment is crystal clear, updated technology so nothing gets missed. Her expertise with interpreting the image accurately was most impressive. Most of all she's a doctor who actually cares about getting her patients cured and back on their feet. Highly highly recommend Dr Thuy-Trang Lam for any of your Podiatry needs.

My husband had a great experience at Clackamas foot and ankle. Dr. Thuy-Trang Lam and staff were courteous, professional and friendly. They performed several xrays that covered much more of my husbands ankle than any other office we had been too regarding his broken ankle. We were able to find out here that he had 3 fractures which never came up in any other office we had been to. Her knowledge on the ankle and what needed to be done next was exactly what we had been looking for. She recommended him to an ankle surgery specialist and from there he has since gotten surgery and is on the mend. Thanks to the staff at Clackamas foot and ankle for your help! We will recommend you to anyone we know needing your expertise!

Update: They called today, trying to push me to change my review. Only change I make, is dr is great, but gentleman that called me is very pushy, and he didn't even take notes that he talked to me 3 months ago.. They are the rudest people ever. They spoke to me and my son with so much disrespectful words. We're affected by the wildfires and missed his appointment. They have zero compassion and understanding of our situation. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone, especially if you have mental or physical health issues. They need their medical license revoked
