Not the same food quality or service Claim Jumpers used to have. 3 Stars because the manager addressed the issue and comp'd two of the sub par items. I want to preface by saying we drove 1.5 hours talking Claim Jumpers up the whole way to my 11 and 13 year old. Put in the reservation it was our daughters 13th birthday. 1. Calamari, definitely previously frozen, flavorless, dry with only cocktail sauce and a sketchy lemon to attempt a miracle to make it palatable. 2. Lobster Mac- Mac part was great but ruined by the previously frozen (confirmed by manager) , dry, overtly fishy lobster chunks. 3. Burger patty were flavorless and over cooked. 4. Waitness refilled beverages once, but never came to check on us once the food came. Never had a chance to order something else before my daughter finished her potatoes the one item that was apparently edible. We were too scared to try the desserts or anything else and declined the managers offer to try anything else. We left after we paid the check to find another place to eat. Note to Owner/Manager: If you have seafood on your menu, especially in the Pacific northwest please do better than previously frozen.

Ordered the Asian Chichen Salad, kid's cheese pizza and a pomegranate mojito. Marisa is a great waitress! Kids eat free on Mondays.

Overpriced. Want to spend $70-$80 per steak dinner? The food was uninspiring. The service was practically non-existent~my coffee cup was refilled once in over an hour. Waited for a To Go box and finally had to find one myself. I haven't been here for years, and now I remember why. Go if you have a lot of money and aren't discerning on how you spend it, you have a lot of time on your hands, and you're not into tasting wonderfully cooked food.
