Got my kid’s ear pierced here. Employee was so helpful and clearly explained after care procedure. But there earrings for infants are more than $80. They don’t pierce outside bought earrings.

Great selection and also very agile staff.
One thing i have noticed. The staff always says"Welcome to Claire". Good customer vibe for me.

Very rude staff, very disrespectful when it came to minor mistaks that the staff made. Very disappointed in the way they wanted to resolve a Very small issue. Filling a complaint with corporate is what they wanted that's what they will get.
