Some places just let you walk around and then ring you up when ur done.But here they went out of their way to do more.They were courteous and told me all the specials and smiled big while looking me in the eyes.
Nowadays customer service isn't what it used to be.So always ♥ good service from people who take pride in their jobs not just show up for the check. Thank you

always closing earlier than supposed to. Says they close at 7 but ive gone at 6:15 & blondie had already locked the door & just glared at me. waste of time tried multiple days too.

My daughter and I got our ears pierced yesterday with Tracey at Claire’s. She was a true professional! My daughter, 5, was so excited but understandably nervous. Tracey and her team were so calm and SO good at explaining the process that it made her comfortable. ALSO they were super accurate and FAST! I will recommend these guys to everyone whose looking for piercings for themselves or children. Six stars to Tracey! Thank you!
