Very good staff.. got both my toddlers ear pierced from here .. staff was very supportive and very professional and had a really great experience overall.. thanks a lot for your patience and the way you consoled our daughters couldn’t ask for a better service.. thanks Katrina .. ❤️

I did the nose piercing from there , and it went out so bad even after 2 months , the it didn’t heal and got infected and finally I was forced to remove the nose ring . Really bad customer service . Never go to Clair’s for any kind of piercing. Cheap quality products and the staffs are very rude and forcing to buy .

I am a 50 year old Trans Woman. Both my daughters had their first piercing at this location many years ago. So I chose it as my location to get my first piercing done as well. All a part of my gender affirming care. The lady who took care of me, Krista was wonderful. I briefly told her my story and she instantly put me at ease and made me feel welcomed. She accepted the idea of my preferred name and was very friendly. Krista made this a very wonderful experience for me and another step on my path to womanhood.
