Pretty disappointed with my whole experience at this store. My sister and I went in during their black Friday sale, it was buy 3,get 3 (don't do it, it's still ridiculously priced), the person at check out scanned the items twice instead of once and over charged me. When I noticed that, I asked her how 3 items could cost so much. The manager came over and said that the items were scanned too many times so now they had to do a return so that I could get a refund for the items that were scanned. The manager processed the return and when it was time to rescan the products for me to purchase, their system crashed...I was asked to go to an ATM to pay for the merchandise. I wasn't going to do that because 1. A mistake was already made. 2. I was there for way longer than I wanted to be and wasn't about to walk out, get cash and then come back and rejoin a long line.
Fast-forward 7-10 business days, my refund is still not in. Not only that, but they had double charged me on the day I went in instead of issuing a refund. When I called the manager to sort this out, she said she could not do anything about it and that I should contact corporate about this issue.
Was the mistake not made at your store by your employee and yourself?
Honestly just a total mishandling of the whole situation. There was no accountability and no intention to make it right. Horrible customer service. Needless to say, we will not be supporting this store anymore, and yes, I am going to take this to corporate because you can't just take people's money and act like there's nothing you can do about it.
