Two ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. DH got his ear pierced on the right side already had the left done. She did a good job of matching them up. So many cute earrings.

I booked the appointment for my daughter weeks in advance online. I received a text and email reminder. The store manager (Rhonda I think) was amazing. She welcomed us and all customers in. She gave us lots of information and was very strict in hygiene procedures and was fast but not too fast. She chatted, told stories and asked my daughter questions which made her feel comfortable and less nervous. My daughter didn't shed a tear. There was not a drip of blood and it couldn't have gone better.
