I went for double piercing and they were not aligned properly. One is in the exact position and the other is too far. 4 weeks later I can see pus coming out of my daughters ear. Really don't want to go again

I came for ear piercing it was 5.30 and the store is supposed to close at 6.00. The lady at the front desk told us that they have to clean (the store ? The material ?) and since the store closes at 6.00 they can not take me. Normally a store is supposed to provide service until they close, cleaning the store should not affect the customer. They are just lazy employees that want to leave the store by 6.00 like the customers..

Thank you! We Came on a Sunday for ear piercing. (We didn't get his name) was excellent. He was by himself in a store piercing and working register. We were one out of three people that came in for piercing. He was patient with my daughter and gentle making her feel better and less scared.
