They closed 8 minutes early, as we were walking up to the store. I explained that we'd driven all the way to the mills just for Claire's, for my young daughters. I asked if they'd please make an exception, I pointed out that it's not even closing time yet, and the girl did not care whatsoever.
Very disappointed. I manage 2 stores in surrounding malls... We make those exceptions all the time. This is just bad customer service from a girl who has no customer empathy.
