Very unprofessional and racist the service is horrible baby first ear piercing and gave me a lie about things. Please don’t go here if of color please choose the one in the middle of mall never again.

I shopped around with my daughter and made our selection, waited in line. The two women who worked at Claire's were piercing a kid's ears. That's fine, we waited 10 minutes in line with others behind us, the workers didn't acknowledge us, didn't look up.. we could've just walked out with the stuff and they wouldn't have noticed.. we ended up not purchasing anything and left. Longest wait in line I've been in in a long time.

Never had such horrible customer service from a manager before. As someone who works in customer service daily, she was rude and treated me as if I was the employee and she was the customer yelling at me. I simply went in to ask about a return policy another associate told me when a made a purchase, only to be yelled at. Will never be returning to Claire’s ever again, no wonder why their store is always empty.
