Only one person working the store, it's always pretty busy so the wait time to be checked was about ten minutes. Good thing nobody who was there wanted their ears pierced or I'd probably still be there!

I went in with my husband to get his ears peirced and there was 1 female worker and she was so nice and helpful and it was funny because she has the same last name as my husband but it's spelled different. Anyway we were happy with the service she gave even when it got a little bit busy after we finished the paperwork for the ear peircings and she even helped me convince my husband get both ears peirced she should be promoted I like her.

My 10 year old daughter Torrance got her ears pierced that day we went to Claire's and we were very happy to get wonderful service from the assistant manager that did the piercing. I forgot her name but she was really good.
