This is at no fault to the workers but the times I’ve gone in there is one person balancing ear piercings, ringing people up, and answering questions. Making it so customers have to wait to be helped and making it stressful for the workers.
My son got his ears pierced a couple weeks ago and the piercer was very nice and talked with him and made him comfortable. They have the cutest little things and I personally think for all ages lol many people have said it's not a good place to get a piercing but really for ears it's pretty good, not sure I would do any other piercing though but that's just my opinion. Very nice staff. Kind of pricey and found the piercing shop to be a bit less expensive. All in all a good experience
