I’d leave zero stars if I could, I just want to warn anyone coming here for piercing that it is the wrong choice!! It may be easy/convenient but it’s not worth the potential (and very likely INFECTION). PIERCING GUNS CANNOT BE PROPERLY SANITIZED!!! I’ve had my ears pierced twice here, once was an immediate infection, I followed all cleaning procedures. Was told to let my ears close and come back. So I did and when you go back they try and up charge cheap jewelry claiming it’s “better” than what was used to originally do the piercing. Why not always pierce with the best right off the bat? This place is extremely dangerous for any baby or child especially because the infections they will get can turn VERY serious very fast! Please look into professional piercers! I recommend Tacoma’s best piercing as I’ve heard good things!

I actually don’t enjoy trips to the mall and seldom make them, but my 7 year old wanted to get her ears pierced, so off we went. It was a pretty busy weekend day at Claire’s, but the whole process for piercing was smooth, fast, and easy. The staff working were absolutely wonderful with my daughter! They made it really easy, and my little girl had a great experience. If you’re looking for a great place to get a child’s ears pierced, look no further!
