My daughter got her ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. The clairs employee was so nice and down to earth. Made it that much better of an experience for us. Thank you!

I went there today and had a wonderful experience. I needed to exchange 4 sterling silver earrings that I bought my daughter a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt or packaging. The manager was gracious and helpful while allowing me to exchange them for a higher quality metal. I appreciated her understanding and willingness to help me.
